Nachos

What a crowd pleaser. So yummy..It is a meal in it's self. Gives you a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 extra large bag of nachos
- 2 - 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, sliced in thin strips
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large can of refried beans
- 1 jar Piscante Sauce ( your choice of heat)
- 1 pound ground turkey or pork, browned, and seasoned (optional)
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 bunch green onions sliced diagoallly
- 1 can black olives sliced
- 1 pound bacon cooked crisp and crumbled in big chunks
- 1 large bag of 3 cheese Mexican style shredded cheese
- 1 large bag of jack cheese shredded
- 1 jar jalapeno sliced
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- 1 jar Salsa, desired heat

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in large skillet, brown chicken and onions, add garlic and cook about 2 minutes, add the refried beans, stirring gently so not to break up the chicken. Add the Piscante sauce to get the desired thickens.
2. Place foil onto a large oven - proof tray and spray with Pam.
3. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Begin to layer, start with nachos, chicken mixture,ground turkey or Pork, bacon, tomatoes,green onions, black olives, jalapenos (if using) ,and cheese. Repeat to create your mound, add lots of cheese on the very top to cover your mound. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till all the cheese is bubbling and melted. Serve with Salsa, Sour Cream and more jalapenos on the side.
Pull it apart and enjoy.
