Ingredients
- 8 oz orzo
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/4 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped mint leaves
- 1 pkgs (4 oz) garlic and herb crumbled feta

Preparation
Step 1
cook orzo according to pkg directions. When orzo is al dente, remove pot from heat and add frozen peas to orzo in the cooking water. Let stand 1 minute, drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in remaining ingreadients
