Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 lbs lean ground beef

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, milk, onion, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce & pepper in large bowl. Stir until well blended.

Mix in ground beef. Shape into 1 1/2 balls. Arrange on greased baking sheet.

Bake at 425 F for 15 to 16 minutes until no pink remains. Drain.
