Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks softened butter.
- 1 cup of sugar.
- Three large eggs.
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour.
- 1 tablespoon warm water.
- 1 teaspoon canola extract.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°.
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake papers.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Starting and ending with an egg, alternate adding eggs and flour until each is thoroughly incorporated.
Beat in water and vanilla until just incorporated.
Evenly divide batter among prepared cups.
Bake approximately 15 to 17 minutes.
