Ingredients
- For the steak:
- 1.5 lbs hanger steak
- 1 cup of apple juice, or apple cider
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 white onion, minced
- 1 T sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the ingredients and distribute evenly between ziplock bags. Add the steaks, one per bag. Allow the steaks to marinate overnight.
Allow the steaks to cook for 45 minutes at 125oF.
