Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- clove garlic clove, minced
- 1 pk Sundried tomatos
- 6 Tbs butter
- 1/2 cup Italian cheese, shredded
- Milk to thin
- 4 ounces crab meat, chopped
- 20 large shrimp, shelled and deveined

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sauté garlic in butter for a minute
2. Add cream to butter in a saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling, but do not boil.
3. Add crab meat, shrimp, cheeses, and stir until melted and shrimp is cooked.
4. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Remove from heat and serve over pasta
