- 1 tablespoon fresh or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 (16 ounce0 LOAF Italian bread, split in half lengthwise

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine dill, garlic salt, and dried minced onion. Add butter, stirring until well blended. Spread mixture over cut sides of bread.
For soft bread, wrap bread loaf, buttered halves together, in aluminum foil, and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. For crunchier bread, place bread halves, buttered sides up, on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
