Ingredients
- 3 c canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 1/2 c liquid reserved
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c tahini
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 2-3 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- Kosher salt

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Season with additional salt if necessary.
