Ingredients
- 12 cups Macaroni uncooked
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 block of Velveeta
- 2 cups of shredded colby jack
- 2 sticks of butter
- 10 cups of milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook noodles and drain.
2. Melt butter in large saucepan.
3. Add flour and brown.
4. Add milk and wisk to remove lumps.
5. Add pepper, salt, chunks of Velveeta, cheddar and colby jack stirring often.
6. When melted through, pour over pasta and mix together.
7. Bake @ 350* for 45 minutes or until it starts to turn brown.
Servings: 50
Yield: Fills 2/3 of a large chafing pan
