Shredded Chicken in Crockpot
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes with chili's
- 1 sliced onion
- 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, salt and pepper on both sides. Layer the tomatoes, onions and seasoned chicken breasts in crockpot and cover with chicken broth. You want to use enough broth to just cover the chicken.
Cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Shred with a fork.
