Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz.) white whole kernel corn
- 2 cans (15 oz.) Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel tomatoes and chile peppers, Original
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups chopped chicken or turkey
- McCormick's White Chili Mix
- Tortilla chips and shredded cheese, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except meat, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in meat.
