HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Hash Browns, frozen, cube shaped (Southern style I think)
- 1/2 C Butter, melted
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- 1/2 C Onions, diced
- 2 C Cheese, shredded (Any cheese or blend that you like is fine)
- 2 C Corn Flakes, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray. Mix everything together except the corn flakes. Spread mixture evenly in the pan. Top with crushed corn flakes. Spray corn flakes with cooking spray. (You can also sauté the corn flakes in butter instead.) Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Let set for about 20 minutes before serving
