Quick Tater Tot Bake

Ingredients

• 3/4 pounds ground beef or turkey
• 1 small onion
• salt & pepper
• 1 (16) ounce package of tater tots
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 can milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Season with salt & pepper. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Put meat and onion mixture in bottom of dish. Add tater tots. Combine soup with milk and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
