Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup shortening (Crisco)
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon water
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

In one bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl beat shortening, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and water until creamy. Beat in 2 eggs. Add dry ingredients. Add 1 bag of chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
