Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork loin or ribeye roast (about 2 pounds)
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP worchestershire sauce
- 2 TBSP dijon mustart
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place roast on roasting pan. Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. In skillet saute' onion and garlic in oil until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients to make sauce. Remove pork from oven and place in a foil lined 8x8 baking pan (I line it with foil to make less of a mess in my baking pan). Pour sauce over meat and bake 1 hour at 350, basting occasionally. Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing. 6-8 servings
