Cake Mix Doctor's Fuzzy Navel Cake

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- Vegetable spray for the pan
- Flour to dust the pan
- 1 (18.25 oz)plain yellow cake mix (I use an orange)
- 1 (5.1 oz) vanilla instant pudding
- 3/4 cup peach schnapps
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon pure orange extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 4 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoons peach schnapps

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Lightly spray a 12-cup bundt pan and dust with flour.
Shake out excess flour.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix,
peach schnapps, oil, orange juice, eggs and orange
extract.
4. Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 1
minute. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
5. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat for 2
minutes more.
6. The batter should look thick and smooth.
7. Pour into pan.
8. Bake for45-50 minutes or until the cake is golden
brown and springs back when lightly pressed with a
finger.
9. Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes. Run a long knife
along the edge of the cake and invert onto a
serving plate.
Glaze:
1. Mix in small bowl or put in a bottle with a nozzle top
till well combined.
2. Poke holes in the top of the cake with a wooden
skewer or chopstick.
4. Spoon or squeeze the glaze over the warm cake.
Cool completely before slicing.
