Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 packet Splenda
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Grind oatmeal in blender or food processor to a powdery consistency. Add egg whites, Splenda, and vanila extract and blend to a batter consistency.
2. In a non-stick skillet pre-heated to medium-hot, pour two pancakes onto skillet using all batter for both. Flip when bottom side browned. Remove and enjoy when other side is browned.
3. Serve immediately.
