Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 large pkg frozen baby peas
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 scant cup of mayo
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 4 oz shredded cheese
  • 2-4 cups buttered bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken by boiling or poaching - cut into chunks when cool

Mix soup, mayo and curry powder. Mix chicken with lemon juice.

In 9x13 pan - layer in order
Chicken
Peas
Sauce

Then cover with shredded cheese.

Melt butter in pan and add breadcrumbs to butter - then cover the top cheese layer with bread crumbs.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
