Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 4 cups skim milk
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar and cocoa in 2-quart saucepan. Add water. Stir with whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes, or just until edges of mixture begin to bubble, stir constantly.
Blend in milk. Add cinnamon sticks Cook for additional 10-12 minutes, or until mixture is hot, stirring frequently. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
