Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/4 cup shrimp
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder, less is good
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons green onion or parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Turn heat on high in a wok pan. Add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add veggies, mix around for 10 seconds
Add egg, mix with veggies, Add shrimp, stir fry 1 minute, Add rice, mix, then add sauces.
Make sure that all the sauces are spread around. Rice will turn golden color. Stir fry 1 minute.
Take off heat, serve with green onion
