Ingredients
- 1 loaf sour dough with innards removed and saved for dipping
- 16 oz sharp cheddar
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- 1 can green chilis
- 1/2 cup or so real bacon pieces

Step 1
Mix Cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream worcestershire, chilis and bacon.
Put in scooped out bread bowl and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with extra bread and crackers
