Ingredients

  • 1 11 oz package of dried apricots
  • 1 13 1/4 oz can or 1 2/3 cup undrained pineapple chunks
  • a few seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • 1 7 oz bottle of ginger ale

Preparation

Step 1

In 2 quart casserole combine apricots, undrained pineapple and grapes. Stir together brown sugar, and curry powder, sprinkle over fruit, pour in ginger ale. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes, stirring once or twice. Serve warm or chilled with more brown sugar and sour cream.
