Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 Tblsp. Finely chopped green peppers
  • 1 Tblsp. Minced onion
  • 2 Tblsp. Seasoning salt
  • 2 cups nuts (pecans best), save 1 cup of nuts

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together until well blended; chill until workable. Form in 2 balls (or more if you want smaller ones). Rolls in chopped nuts. Set aside, chill until needed. Can be kept in refrigerator for 3-4 daysY.can be frozen.
