Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice

Ingredients

  • Boneless / skinless chicken cut into bite-size pcs (abut 4 thighs or 3 breasts)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 2 cups instant rice uncooked
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 pkg frzn chopped broccoli thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and stir chicken in skillet until cooked through. Stir in broth- bring to a boil. Add rice, velveeta and broccoli- cover and remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir until well blended and serve
