Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 jigger Bacardi Big Apple rum (3 tbsp)
- 1 oz melon liqueur (3 tbsp)
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice (1 tbsp)
- 1/2 oz orange juice (1 tbsp)
- 1/4 oz DeKuyper Pucker Island Blue (1-1/2 tsp)
- Granny Smith apple slice

Preparation
Step 1
1. For each cocktail, fill a cocktail shaker three-quarters full with ice. Add rum, melon liqueur, pineapple juice and orange juice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Pour a float of schnapps down the side of the glass so it pools at bottom of glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
