Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cold mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease a 9x13 pan
3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each
addition.
5. Blend in potatoes and vanilla.
6. Combine flour, cocoa and soda; add alternately with
milk, blending well after each addition.
7. Stir in nuts.
8.Pour into prepared pan.
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or till tests done.
10.Cool on wire rack.
* Change this up by sprinkling with this before baking:
½ cup sugar
½ package semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
½ cup nuts
