oz bittersweet chocolate coarsely chopped
oz cold heavy cream
sweeted whip cream
Place chocolate in double boiler over low heat and stir until chocolate melts. Turn off and let stand beat the cream over ice until in forms soft peaks. Set aside and hold at room temp. Beat eggs whites to soft peaks and gradually add sugar and whip til firm. Remove bowl from double boiler and fold in egg whites all at once, when the whites are almost completely incorporated, fold in whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate about an hour until set. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate to serve.
