Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 c. shrimp
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbs. garlic powder -- less is GOOD
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tbs. hoisin sauce
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 1/4 c. carrot (chopped)
- 1/4 c. celery (chopped)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs. green onion or parsely

Preparation
Step 1
1. Turn heat on high in a wok pan.
2. Add 1 tsp of oil
3. Add veggies, mix around for 10 seconds
3. Add egg, mix with veggies
4. Add shrimp, stir fry for 1 min
5. Add rice, mix then add sauces
6. Make sure that all the sauces are spread around. Rice will turn golden color. Stir fry 1 min.
7. Take off heat, serve with green onion
