Ingredients
- 1 pkg noodles (16 oz)
- 1 onion - chopped
- 2 tbs butter or margarine
- 3 cans cream of chicken or chicken/mushroom soup
- 1 - 4oz jar of copped pimentos
- 2 tbs finely chopped hot green chili peppers - for hotter leave in seads
- 3-4 cups of cooked, cup up chicken (chunks)
- 2-3 cups of shredded mild or medium cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Over to 350 or 325 for glass
Cook noodles as directed
In skillet - cook and stir onion, pimento, chili's and butter until tender, then stir in soup.
In a greased 4 qt casserole dish - layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 soup mixture, 1/2 cheese - repeat
Bake covered 45 minutes
