Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C FINELY DICED COOKED TURKEY OR CHICKEN
- 2/3 C SHREDDED GOUDA OR HAVARTI CHEESE
- 1/4 C CHOPPED DRIED CRANBERRIES
- 2 TBSP SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME LEAVES
- 1 CAN REFRIGERATED COUNTRY BISCUITS (10 BISCUITS)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix poultry, cheese, cranberries, sour cream and thyme in a medium bowl until well blended.
Press or roll out each biscuit to 3-½-inch circle. Spoon heaping teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto centre of each biscuit; fold biscuit in half. Press edges of dough firmly together to seal. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
