Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 8 tablespoons soft butter or margarine (I use 6)
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 5 small bananas)
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 300.
2. Grease and flour bundt pan thoroughly.
3. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan.
4. Bake 50-60 minutes or until tests done.
5. Let stand until almost cool.
6. Loosen bread from sides with a sharp knife and invert.
