Ingredients

  • 1 cup white cake mix
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg white, at room temp
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Nonstick baking Spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, flour, sugar, salt, egg white, water, sour cream, almond extract and vanilla for 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

2. Spray cake pop well with nonstick baking spray. Fille ach well with about 1 tblsp batter. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer cake pops to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
