1 stick margarine; 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 cup sugar; 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon corn starch or 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Cream margarine, sugar and corn starch (or flour). Add rest of ingredients and beat well. Pour into deep dish pie shell. Bake on 350 for 30-40 minutes.
