Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 large can peaches sliced or halves (29 oz)
- 1 large can of pears (29 oz)
- 1 large can of apricots (can substitute another can of peaches if desired instead of apricots)
- 1 jar of cherries, drained
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained.

Preparation
Step 1
Drain all fruit and put in casserole dish. Combine sugar and curry and sprinkle over fruit. Dot with 1 stick of margarine, sliced in pieces over the top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes UNCOVERED.
