Ingredients
- 1 can of fruit cocktail, drained and refrigerated for later use.
- 1/4 cup juice of drained fruit cocktail
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

Step 1
Mix and pour over flank steak or London Broil and cook 7 hours in slow cooker. Flip over during cooking time. Last 15 minutes put fruit on top of meat in slow cooker. Serve over cooked rice.
