  • 1 lb. ground turkey breast
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. nsa chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can diced nsa green chilies (check sodium content)
  • 1 small can nsa tomato paste
  • 1-2 Tbs Mrs. Dash, Extra Spicy
  • 1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash, Onion and Herb
  • 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, Table blend
  • 1 Tbs. Splenda
  • 1 Tbs. Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a non-stick skillet, brown ground turkey.
2. Add all of spices, diced onions and water. Let simmer for approx. 10-15 minutes. Add green chilies.
