Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows

Ingredients
- 1 (40 oz) Can Bruce Cut Yams, drained
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Marshmallows

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter a 1 quart baking dish.
Mash yams in a large bowl and add brown sugar, salt, sugar, cinnamon, egg and melted butter.
Mix well.
Place 1/2 the mixture in the baking dish.
Top with a layer of marshmallows, then remaining mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes more.
Remove from oven and top with remaining marshmallows.
Bake another 10 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.
