  • 1 cup yellow cake mix
  • 2 tbsp powdered non dairy whipped topping mix
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg, at room temp
  • Nonstick Baking Spray

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, whipped topping mix, orange juice, milk, mayonnaise, and egg for 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

2. Spray cake pop well with nonstick baking spray. fill each well with about 1 tblsp batter. bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer cake pops to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
