  • Generous shakes of :
  • 1 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Paste, large
  • 1 can Tomato Puree, large
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce, large
  • 1 T Basil
  • 1 T Parsley
  • Onion Salt
  • Celery Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 lb Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 lb Cottage Cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 box Lasagna noodles, cooked
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef, onion, and green pepper.
Add next 10 ingredients.
Let sauce simmer.
In casserole dishes, layer:
Noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese. End with noodles on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
