- Dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 1 1/2 c. warm water.
- Add 1 Tbs sugar
- Add 4-5 c. flour

Knead 5-10 minutes
Form into pretzel shape
Brush with beaten egg
Sprinkle with salt
Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes
