Desserts - Seven Up Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• Spread between 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 box instant pineapple pudding mix (can use vanilla or lemon)
• 3/4 cup Wesson Oil
• 4 eggs
• 10 oz of 7-Up
• Frosting:
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour and 1 teasp flour
• 1 large can crushed pineapaple
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:

Mix all ingredients. Add 7-Up last. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or until done.

Frosting:

Mix sugar and flour; add eggs and pineapple, margarine and vanilla. Cook until thick, stirring. Add coconut and nuts, spread between layers and on top.
