Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1/4 Cup (1 stick) Margarine
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
- 1 Can Prepared Pie Filling (and flavor)

Preparation
Step 1
Cut margarine into flour. Add sugar, coconut and mix well. Pour 2/3 of mixture into 8" pie pan. Press gently around edges and bottom to form bottom crust. Add canned pie filling. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over top. Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes or till coconut is toasted.
