Foil Wrapped Dinner

Another recipe card from an old recipe book. No idea where I copied it from. I don't use tomatoes in mine

Ingredients

• 1-1 1/2 pounds round steak, cubed
• 4 medium carrots
• 4 medium potatoes
• 10 oz frozen peas
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 package onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 450

2. Place frozen peas in a strainer; run cold water over
peas to break apart; drain well

3. In the center of a square of foil, place 1 carrot, thinly
sliced, 1 potato, cut in quarters and 1/4 of the meat.

4. Mix soup with onion soup mix

5. Spoon over meat and top with 1/4 of the peas

6. Wrap tightly; place on sheet pan

7. Bake 50 minutes
