Ingredients
- 4 Peeled or Skinned 75 & Down Pork Back Ribs
- 2 oz Lemon Juice in spray bottle
- Char-Broil® Pinch of Sizzle? Red Mop Sauce
- Char-Broil® Pinch of Sizzle? Kansas City Rub
- Char-Broil® Pinch of Sizzle? Sweet & Sassy Finishing Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Remove all packaging on pork back ribs and trim any additional loose skin or meat from the ribs.
Place in the smoker at 220ºF, bone side down, for 3.5 hours or until tender. Be sure not to overlap ribs in smoker.
Place ribs on sheet pan and cool for minimum of 30 minutes; this will help with the texture of the meat and will help the flavors to penetrate further into the meat.
Place the ribs on a medium-low grill ,with the rib side facing up, then baste with Char-Broil Pinch of Sizzle Sweet & Sassy Finishing Sauce.
