Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup nsa chicken broth
- 3 small-sized yellow chili peppers
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash table blend

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large pot, add 1/4 cup of the chicken broth, onion, green pepper, and yellow chili and saute until the onion starts to get tender and the chicken broth is disappearing.
2. Add another 1/2 cup chicken broth and about 1/2 of the cabbage and continue sauteing as the cabbage starts to cook down. Add final 1/4 cup chicken broth with remaining cabbage and continue sauteing over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining spices while sauteing.
