Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh pork, cut in small pieces
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1/4-1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Salt and brown meat. Drain off excess fat. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar. Cover and cook. Add peppers and let them get tender, then add tomatoes and pineapple chunks. Thicken with cornstarch just before serving. Serve with rice.
