Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage, browned and drained
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 12 ounces frozen hash browns
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish.
2. Combine sausage, bacon, potatoes, pepper, onions
and 1 cup cheese in a large bowl.
3. Spread in pan.
4. Whisk together Bisquick, milk, salt and eggs until
well blended.
5. Pour over potatoes.
6. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375. Remove dish from fridge.
Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or light golden brown
around the edges.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
