Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless boobs halves
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 tbs dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 1/4 cups nonfat half and half cream
- 1 16oz fettuccini
- 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Melt butter in skillet and cook chicken until juices run clear and outside browns evenly.
Sprinkle flour and ranch mix over chicken and stir well. Stir in half and half cream and cook, stirring constantly until it thickens and bubbles
Cook noodles drain and place on platter. Spoon creamy mixture over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
