Ingredients
- 2 14oz cans chicken broth
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 12oz pkg rotini pasta
- 1 pound chicken tenders, halved
- 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Combine broth, garlic and ½ cup water in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add pasta, reduce heat to medium-low heat and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle chicken tenders with Italian seasoning. Cook chicken in skillet with oil for about 10 minutes, turn once.
Add chicken to past mixture and heat on low until thoroughly hot. Spoon mixture onto serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
