    lb. ground beef

  • 1/4

    tsp. garlic powder

  • 1

    tbsp. parsley flakes

  • 1

    tbsp. basil

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce

  • 2

    cans tomato paste (6 oz. each)

  • 8 oz box (or slightly more) lasagna noodles

  • 1 lb. container cottage cheese

  • 2

    beaten eggs

  • 1/2

    tsp.salt

  • 1/2

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    tbsp parsley flakes

  • 1/2

    up grated Parmesan cheese

  • Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Brown meat and garlic powder, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, basil, salt, tomato sauce and paste. Simmer until sauce is thick. Cook noodles, drain. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese. Lightly grease or spray 13 x 9 baking dish. Lay half the noodles in dish and spread 1/2 cottage cheese mixture next. Add 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
